For use with Hyper-V and HP LTO-4, IBM LTO-5 and later drives in Scalar i3/i6/i500/i6000 and StorNext AEL6/500/6000 libraries. Includes one Scalar Key Manager Virtual Machine (Hyper-V only). Mandatory quantity of two (one primary, one secondary) to create a high availability VM pair. One VM pair is required per customer environment. Scalar Key Manager drive licenses must be ordered separately. Key-enabled drives must be in a separate partition from non-key-enabled drives. Not for use with Q-EKM or Third-Party license keys. Encryption Key Management Solution Installation and Configuration services are optional. Encryption Key Management Solution Installation and Configuration services are optional. If onsite or remote/phone Webex installation is required, quote SLBBB-NEK1-000x for SKM onsite installation and SLBBB-NEK1-PB0x for remote phone/Webex.
