Hardware-only system providing 8TB physical, usable (not raw) hardware capacity, requires subscription licenses (WDYXK-ALYS-HxxA) to enable the software. Includes feature licenses for Deduplication, DXi Accent, NAS, VTL, Replication, OST, Path-To-Tape and DXi Advanced Reporting software and configurable FIPS data-at-rest/data-in-flight encryption that can be enabled or disabled. Also includes rack ready rails; redundant power supplies and fans; two 10GbE ports for which the customer must order one Twinax (DDY48-ACBL-T10A) or one optical (DDY48-ACBL-P10A) cable kit; four power cords (two 6ft (1.8m) NEMA 5-15P-to-IEC C13 and two 6ft (1.8m) IEC C13-to-C14). Physical hardware capacity is expandable to 315TB with optional physical capacity expansions (DDY48-ACEx-001N). Customer installable but optional phone-based installation (SDY48-NSYS-PB00) or onsite installation (SDY48-NSYS-000x) are also available. Requires 2U rack space. This system requires rack mounting for proper operation. Customer must provide compatible rack equipment.
